Used Python (Pandas, NumPy, Seaborn) for data cleaning and correlation tests, and Tableau for visualization of CSS, conversion rate, and engagement metrics.
Insights & Recommendations:
Found weak correlation between price and rating (r = 0.33) and no effect from promotions, recommending focus on product quality, packaging improvement, and loyalty engagement to raise CSS ≥ 4.5.
Background & Objective:
Analyzed 1K+ Glow&Harmony product on amazon e-commerce to identify customer segmentation and make insight and recommendation for marketing strategy.

Used Python (Pandas, NumPy, Seaborn) for data cleaning and correlation tests, and Tableau for visualization, conversion rate, and engagement metrics, K-Means and RFM Clustering Method.
Insights & Recommendations:
Luxury & Budget-Conscious Shoppers are the most promising segments to quickly convert into loyal customers. Segment Trend Followers are the segment most at risk of losing customers, despite their high spending (requiring immediate reactivation).
QuickU Demand Planning Analytics,2025
Objective:
Analyzed historical demand and shipment data to identify demand patterns, evaluate variability, and support more accurate demand planning and inventory decisions.
Tools & Methodology:
Used Google Sheets and Excel for data cleaning, demand aggregation, moving average and trend analysis, and created visual summaries in Google Slides.
Insights & Recommendations:
Identified demand fluctuations across categories and hubs, recommended data-driven demand forecasting and safety stock adjustments to reduce stockout risk and improve supply reliability.

Objective:
Analyzed loan portfolio performance to assess loan quality, repayment behavior, and overall portfolio risk exposure.
Tools & Methodology:
Used SQL (BigQuery) for data preparation and KPI calculations, and Google Slides to visualize loan status distribution, outstanding amounts, and portfolio performance metrics.
Insights & Recommendations:
Found that the majority of loans were in healthy status while a smaller portion contributed disproportionately to risk, leading to recommendations on tighter risk monitoring, portfolio segmentation, and improved credit strategy.
